This is the best vape shop in terms of PRICES and their employees attitudes (both "in-store"/"brick & mortar" stores and online run by, Chris, I believe is his name....consequently, he "revamped' the NEW and IMPROVED website for January 1, 2021. These SINCERE ACCOLADES aside, I REALLY, REALLY DO WANT TO GIVE THESE GUYS 5 STARS, I DO!!! BUT:
Their SHIPPING & HANDLING has been an ongoing "issues" - TO THIS VERY DAY, Monday, January 25th! I've spoken to them REPEATEDLY about this "PROBLEM!" I DESPARATELY WISH **MANAGEMENT** WOULD CONTACT ME ASAP since this "ISSUE" - after 2-3 years of STRICT LOYALTY ("Strict" = they're the ONLY vape stores I've done business w/ for a few YEARS(!) &, 4 whatever reason, IT - STILL - SIMPLY - HAS - NOT - BEEN - RESOLVED!! To wit:
I placed an order 8 days ago (on a "always in-stock," very popular eJuice) on Monday, January 18th; note: I could have VERY WELL placed this order l Saturday afternoon, January the 16th and, since it's the weekend, and my "8 days" WOULD be)--->>: 10 DAYS AGO and STILL, to this very day (technically morning), I have YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER!!! I would like to point out that I used to live in Orange County, CA (EXACTLY where Flawless Vape stores and Online Dept are located; in FACT, they just recently moved their "Shipping Dept" to Ontario, CA closer to LAX/P.O). Here's the Good and the Bad:
Last couple of years I had requested - on several occasions - that they START/BEGIN offering BOTH Standard 1st Class Mail & a "Guaranteed" 3 Day Priority Shipping Option. Well, 2 their credit, this "feature" was implemented January, 1, ‘21 which I “did”appreciate. BUT, to what avail? I STILL don’t have my order this morning.
I'm currently working in Midland/Odessa, TX (not a large city but still the metro area has about 1/2 MILLION population) in which I am about 7 miles from the MIDLAND INTERNATIONAL SPACE & AIRPORT (American, United, Southwest, etc., I might note that this is a Full-Size Airport, not a "regional" one....hell, I flew DIRECT on SW from Midland straight to Las Vegas this month...no stops...even DIRECT to Denver and Phoenix for business last year). I mentioned the "BIG 3" Airlines for the F-A-C-T that besides UPS & Fedex literally "across the street" from this airport, the USPS's Distribution is LITERALLY LOCATED on the SAME STREET ("LaForce Blvd”) maybe....45 seconds away from the MAIN Ticket Terminal. WHY do I submit ALL this INFO?
Well, THIS IS F-A-C-T: My family still in Orange County ships me a package...just standard 1st class...and with "Western" Texas ONLY "2 States Over from SoCal, it takes 3, 4 DAYS MAX to get it...yet, w/ Flawless, 8 (10) days l8tr: NADA!
I placed my umpteenth order from Flawless (mind you, ONLY three 75ml bottles which fits in [JUST] a 8 x 10"+ envelope...roughly the size of a standard "Amazon Envelope"...U KNOW what I mean. SO, I place an order online on Jan 18 & [very!] RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that they "PLEASE SHIP MY ORDER ASAP (I.e. get it to the USPS...which SHOULD ONLY TAKE 3 days ("the 2020 Holiday Season" has been over for almost a month now; we ALL KNOW; "Business as Usual" here @ the END of January 2021/February 2021 ONLY 1 week away) &...
--> I PAY the MORE EXPENSIVE "USPS 3 DAY PRIORITY" SHIPPING COST and EVEN go as far as calling them that Monday morning about this. So, again:
1. I Place the Order & PAY EXTRA/3 Day "Guaranteed Shipping Costs.
2. Then ~ 3 days later :-0 , they get it to the Post Office on Wed pm [relatively] near LAX (re: Priority Shipping = "Air Shipping").
3. I CALL them...explain that I REALLY NEED my order by the end of the week; NOT an unreasonable request, rt?
8 days (could've been 10 Days; "Sat") L8TR; STILL DON'T HAVE my Jan 18th Order?!
AM I TO BELIEVE/SUPPOSED TO ACCEPT that the ORDER I PLACED "&" PAID EXTRA for "3 Day Priority Mail...that I "STILL!" DON'T have it 8-10 days l8tr [here on Monday, 25th of Jan!?!?].

To Mngmt: Is this ACCEPTABLE "in your eyes?!?"
Update: On the evening of the 8 (or 10th) day, I FINALLY rec’vd my order. UNACCEPTABLE! 3 Day Shipping? PLAIN & SIMPLE: NOT TRUE!! A WEEK & a HALF! REALLY GUYS?!?!
SO, in summation: IF U EXPECT 2 RECEIVE UR ORDER IN 3 (even 4-6 DAYS to add for “shipping preparation; aka: “handling” - or even a REASONABLE WEEK/7 FULL DAYS - it’s NOT GOING 2 HAPPEN....plan on 1 & a half - 2 WEEKS (even if ur relatively “close” to California - as in the “American SW” like AZ, NM, CO, [far] West Texas, Oregon, etc.
IF YOU GUYS WOULD FIX THIS CRAP (IF one places an order online on, for example, a Saturday Aft or SunDAY, he should expect to receive his order by the end of that same week plain and simple! BUT a [approx] WEEK & a HALF for “$$$ 3 Day Priority” from CA to another “Western state?” Seriously?!?!?

I was really surprised with the prices…

I was really surprised with the prices that I found. I love getting Reds ice juice. You had them at an awesome dollar amount. The mod that I got from Smoke G-Priv-3 is awesome. The ease of us and the price. The only small thing was I had boughten replacement glass and I did not get the item that was pictured. I made contact and have not heard back. But you still get a five star review look how easy it was to place my order and that I literally got it the next day.

Really bad service/conduct

Really bad. Just really bad. They want you to pay package protection fees on each cartridge you add to your cart. They screw your order up, 0 stars if possible but not so 1 star. Even their technicians are a waste of time they don't help. I ordered 10 cartridges and received one. They want you to pay up the wazoo for nothing. Service is flawed, if anything flawless isn't it.

I still don’t have my order and you…

I still don’t have my order and you haven’t refunded my money either you fail to get back with me about my order I will be turning this over to the better business bureau and I will let everyone know that you don’t stand behind your customers I expect my order of my ejuice that was 37.79 or a complete refund.Today is Monday 2-8-21 No one is trying to ship me a new order and offer me anything extra for not receiving my order over 2 weeks. I’m sure I ordered before and received my order, people beware of this happening to you they take your money and get you nothing I’m demanding someone else contact me and explain this to me or I will let everyone know how fraudulent this company is this is ridiculous you can reach me at 931-627-0729 if you get me my order I will write another review and apologize but so far you haven’t helped me thank you Dorothy

Will never order here again

Will never order here again. Reward points went away. Charging more for priority shipping but package still not here after 4 days. Best wishes

Amazing prices and fast shipping

Amazing prices and fast shipping. Also got the pleasure of speaking with Chris who is one of the main guys with the company and was very helpful with Fixing an issue for me. Definitely the only place that I shop to get my juice And my coils for my mod. Love love love flawless

Satisfied but a Disappointed

I love your products but get a little disappointed when I get my products and out of a package of 10 Vapes I get 6 that only worked. Now this does not happen all the time but usually on every order there will be a Vape that doesn't work. I also feel if I paid for a product but did not receive part of my order I should be able to communicate to someone at Flawless not go through USPS.
